You receive a full pack at home, including:

Install Piano LED on your piano
Stick the Piano LED Plus® above the piano keys using the adhesive backing, then plug it into the back of your piano (USB B port)
No tools or technical skills required — setup takes just a few minutes.

Connect via the app
Download the Piano LED app (available on iOS & Android), turn on Bluetooth, and pair your system.
Use the app to choose songs. Follow the lights to learn your songs step by step

You plug your Piano LED Plus® into the Donner piano, and the key signal is automatically detected.

Thanks to the standard MIDI protocol, every note played is captured in real time, enabling Piano LED Plus® to illuminate the correct key without any delay.
It also takes control of your piano’s speakers to play automatic accompaniments, while waiting for you to press the right combination of keys before guiding you to the next notes.

Is the piano compatible with Piano LED?
Yes, all the pianos offered on the Piano LED website have already been tested and are 100% compatible with the Piano LED system.
What's the difference between TRANSPARENT and BLACK LED strips?
- The BLACK LED strip has been specially designed for the Piano LED Plus learning function. Its LEDs are less diffuse and more focused on the keys. It's less bright than the TRANSPARENT one.
- The TRANSPARENT LED strip is more focused on the aesthetics of the Piano LED Plus system. It is highly coveted by artists.
Of course, both LED strips can also be used for learning songs.
Does a piano have to have 88 keys?
Piano LED® is also compatible with smaller keyboards but all the models here are full 88-key pianos, for a real acoustic piano feel.
What kind of files can I import into the system?
In the application, you can import your own .MIDI files for use with the LED strip.
We also offer in this app an online bank of .MIDI files, validated by our team and regularly updated.
Is the piano ready to use with Piano LED?
Yes, everything's ready. You will receive the piano with the Piano LED® system ready to install without any additional purchase. All cables are provided.
Can I return the pack if I change my mind?
Yes, you have a 14-day withdrawal period for the piano + Piano LED® pack after receiving your order.
To receive a full refund, both items in the pack (the piano and the Piano LED system) must be returned in good condition and with two different shipping labels.
Why do I receive two separate packages?
The two parts of the pack (the piano and the Piano LED® system) are shipped from different warehouses, so it's normal to receive them a few days apart.
