The piano has many benefits, some of them have a real impact on us and our brain.

Music is part of our daily lives and is essential in many people's day. We can hear it in restaurants, in stores, at the hairdresser's, on public transportation, at friends' houses...

Perhaps this is not so surprising. Indeed, if music didn't have a real effect on us, there is little chance that so many people would listen to it all the time.

The main thing I want to focus on today is sleep. This may come as a surprise to some, but music, and especially piano, can put us in a certain state of meditation, which would allow us to fall asleep more quickly.

Sleep is essential and should not be left out. Sleep has an essential impact on health in order to maintain a good mental, metabolic and physical shape. Sleep helps to regenerate the immune system and to regain energy. A good night's sleep is therefore really important !
