The purpose of the Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer in the context of the sale of Products through the Site.

Section 2: ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS SOLD

The good sold is an electronic product, composed of a system box, an LED strip and an application. The price of the good sold is 325$ all taxes included.

The contract is considered concluded at the moment when http://www.pianoledshop.com/ receives, by telematic way, the confirmation of the order, once verified the exactitude of the data relating to the order.
Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by confirming your order, you are requested to read carefully the present general conditions of sale.
By transmitting the order confirmation by telematic means, you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with these general terms of sale in your dealings with http://www.pianoledshop.com/.

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros including all taxes. These prices are communicated in Euros with the conversion in currencies.
In case of order towards a country other than France, you are the importer of the concerned products.
For all products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be automatically calculated without taxes on the invoice.
Customs duties, local taxes, import duties and state taxes may be required.

They are at your charge and are your responsibility in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and organizations in your country.
All orders must be paid in Euros.

Section 6 : PAYMENT

All orders shipped to France and EU are in Euros.
All taxes included, with the VAT rates in force in France.

When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and acknowledge to provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equivalent to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. While we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
