Refund policy

Piano LED is committed to providing you with high quality products.

Despite this, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, Piano LED is committed to exchange it.

The cost of shipping and return will be at your expense.

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your article to make a request for return.

In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you can contact us at pianoledshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Unidentified returned packages may be returned to the sender.

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and remedy the problem.

EXCHANGES
All items returned to us and accepted for return will be exchanged immediately.
In order to obtain a new item more quickly, we advise you, once the return request has been accepted, to make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
No refunds are possible. You will receive a new item if you had a problem with the one we sent you.
